Its 3/4" polished steel plate absorbs and holds heat, helping crews sear, brown, and finish orders quickly during peak periods. Thermostatic controls support consistent results across breakfast, lunch, and all-day menus.
Streamline workflow with a 3-1/4" front grease trough and chute that channel runoff into a removable drip tray for fast change-outs. Side and rear splash guards help contain splatter, protecting adjacent stations and keeping the line cleaner. A stainless steel front panel and bullnose present a professional look and wipe down easily between turns.
Under the plate, three steel radiants promote uniform heat distribution for eggs, pancakes, burgers, melts, and more. The 4" nickel-plated legs provide clearance for sanitation while keeping the unit stable on the counter.
