Four independent cooking zones with manual controls let chefs sear proteins, toast buns, and hold delicate items side-by-side without flavor transfer. Side and rear splash guards and a front grease trough with chute streamline cleanup to keep the station organized and safe.
Built to support daily production, the stainless steel front panel and bullnose present a professional look at the pass, while 4-inch nickel plated steel legs provide sturdy, level placement. A removable drip tray and included pressure regulator help maintain reliable operation service after service.
