The Toastmaster TMGT24 countertop gas griddle boosts line efficiency with a 24-inch by 21-inch cooking surface, a 3/4-inch ultra-smooth polished steel plate, and two independent thermostatic zones. Steel radiants and a total of 40,000 BTU help deliver consistent heat for searing burgers, browning hash, or cooking pancakes across busy meal periods. Operators can dial in temperatures per zone to stage proteins and breakfast items side by side without slowing service.
Streamline cleanup and workflow with a front grease trough and chute that guide runoff into a removable drip tray, while side and rear splash guards help contain splatter. The stainless steel front panel with bullnose stands up to daily use and provides a comfortable working edge. A pressure regulator and 4-inch nickel plated steel legs support reliable performance and easy counter clearance.
