A 3/4-inch ultra-smooth polished steel plate pairs with 80,000 BTU of natural gas power to maintain consistent heat across a 48-inch cooking surface. Thermostatic controls help dial in repeatable results from breakfast to late-night service.
Operators save steps with a front grease trough and chute that feed a removable drip tray for quick changeouts. Side and rear splash guards protect adjacent stations, while a stainless steel front panel and bullnose present a clean, professional line. The unit includes a pressure regulator and ships ready for natural gas with an LP conversion kit for flexibility.
