The Toastmaster TMGT48 griddle features a durable 3/4” thick polished steel plate for even heat distribution and reliable performance. With a spacious 48" x 21" cooking surface and four independent cooking zones, this countertop design provides flexibility for preparing a variety of dishes at once.
Delivering 80,000 BTUs through four steel radiants, this Toastmaster griddle maintains a temperature range of 150°F to 450°F, easily adjusted using thermostatic controls every 12". Cleanup is made simple with a removable drip tray, splash guard, and front grease trough.
Equipped with an LP conversion kit and a pressure regulator, this griddle adapts easily to your kitchen’s needs. The sturdy 4" nickel-plated legs provide stability during operation.
