Drive throughput with heat-retaining cast iron broiling grates that recover fast for steaks, burgers, chicken, and seafood. A stainless steel water pan, splash guard, and grease trough help control flare-ups and speed cleanup between rushes. Four-inch legs elevate the unit for airflow and easy wipe-down on crowded countertops.
