Product Description
Centerline™ by Traulsen’s CLBC4-WT-L undercounter blast chiller with worktop pairs rapid product cooling with convenient prep space. The self-contained R448A system provides a 32 lb chill capacity, taking product from 160° to 40°F. Storage is configurable for (4) 18" x 26" or (8) 12" x 20" pans on four epoxy coated wire shelves. A standard food probe tracks internal temperatures, and a stay-open, hinged solid door simplifies loading and unloading. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, door, and interior, the unit is easy to clean and built for daily use. Four 4" casters enable quick movement for cleaning or service access. The CLBC4-WT-L operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 16 amps and includes a NEMA 5-20P plug. cETLus and NSF listed.
