Product Description
The Centerline™ by Traulsen CLBC7-L reach-in blast chiller boosts back-of-house throughput with self-contained refrigeration and versatile capacity. It accommodates (7) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (14) 12" x 20" pans and provides a chill capacity yield of 56 lbs. from 160° to 40°F. A standard food probe, stay-open door, and field reversible hinged solid door support efficient loading and oversight. Built for daily use, the stainless steel front, sides, door, and interior are paired with (7) stainless steel wire shelves, while (4) 4" casters make positioning simple. This unit uses R448A refrigerant and a 1-1/2 HP refrigeration system operating on 208-230v/60/1-ph power (11 amps) with a NEMA 6-20P. cETLus and NSF listed.
