This two-section reach-in organizes 43.88 cu. ft. of storage so backup product, prep pans, and bulk ingredients stay ready for the rush. The bottom-mounted, self-contained system streamlines service access to refrigeration components.
Four half-height solid doors let staff open only the area they need, helping speed retrieval and support temperature control during peak periods. Electronic controls with an LED display make quick checks and adjustments simple for chefs and managers.
Six epoxy-coated shelves (three per section) adapt to changing menus and container sizes. A stainless steel front with anodized aluminum sides and interior delivers daily durability, while casters make cleaning and layout changes faster.
