Streamline your make line with the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-DW, a compact 27-inch refrigerated sandwich/salad prep table built for busy kitchens. The two-drawer base keeps high-volume ingredients organized and within reach, while the 12-inch removable cutting board creates a dedicated, ergonomic prep zone.
Load up to eight 1/6-size pans (not included) and shield contents with the smooth roll top lid between orders or during off-peak hours. The self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration uses R450A and an electronic control with LED display to simplify monitoring and maintain consistent performance throughout service.
Durable stainless steel on the exterior and an anodized aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Four casters allow quick repositioning for service, sanitation, or line reconfiguration, helping you maintain an efficient workflow in tight spaces.
