At just 27 inches wide, it organizes up to eight 1/6-size pans (not included) beneath a roll-top lid, while the 12-inch-deep removable cutting board keeps builds moving during peak service.
A self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration system and electronic control with LED display deliver dependable performance and simple monitoring. The right-hinged, field-reversible door adapts to your layout, helping you streamline workflow on either side of the line.
Built for busy kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior with two epoxy-coated shelves for back-up ingredients. Four casters allow quick repositioning for cleaning, maintenance, or reconfiguring your prep station.
