Accelerate your make-line with the 48" Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-4818-SD-LR Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table. Its self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration keeps ingredients close and consistent, while the roll-top lid protects your mise en place between rushes. A two-section base places backup product right under the work surface to minimize steps and maximize throughput.
Load up to eighteen 1/6-size pans across the mega top to speed sandwich, salad, or pizza assembly. The 8" deep removable cutting board provides a comfortable, sanitary prep zone so teams can build, garnish, and send plates fast. Electronic controls with an LED display let staff check and adjust settings at a glance.
One left-hinged and one right-hinged door streamline access from either side, and epoxy-coated shelves in each section offer flexible storage. A stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use. Four casters make it easy to reposition
