This compact, two-section, 60-inch unit streamlines assembly so teams can build made-to-order sandwiches, bowls, and salads fast and accurately. Self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration keeps the cold zone where you need it while simplifying installation.
Stage up to sixteen 1/6-size pans (not included) under the roll-top lid and work directly on the 12-inch deep removable cutting board to shorten steps and reduce cross-traffic. Left- and right-hinged doors give clear access to backup product, while epoxy-coated shelves in each section help organize bulk ingredients.
Durable stainless steel on the exterior and anodized aluminum inside stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly. Electronic controls with LED display support consistent operation, and four casters let you reposition the table for line changes or cleaning without downtime.
