Keep service lines moving with the Traulsen Centerline CLPT-7220-DW sandwich/salad prep table. At 72 inches wide with a three-section base and six drawers, it organizes proteins, cheeses, and produce for fast assembly. The 20-pan top positions your most-used ingredients within easy reach.
Prep directly on the 12-inch removable cutting board, then slide the roll top lid to transition from prep to service without slowing the line. Self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration with R450A refrigerant and an electronic control with LED display helps you fine-tune performance and monitor at a glance.
A stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior stand up to daily rushes and clean quickly between shifts. Six casters make repositioning simple for cleaning or line changes, giving operators flexibility in delis, cafes, and high-volume kitchens.
