Streamline your make line with the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-SD-LRR sandwich/salad prep table. This 72-inch, three-section workhorse keeps ingredients organized and within reach so cooks can assemble orders quickly during peak periods. The roll-top lid and 12-inch removable cutting board create a clean, efficient station for consistent, high-volume production.
Load up to twenty 1/6-size pans (not included) under the lid and stage backups on epoxy-coated shelves in each section. One left-hinged and two right-hinged doors let staff grab product fast without disrupting workflow, ideal for busy delis, cafeterias, and QSR lines.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior. Electronic controls with an LED display support reliable operation, while six casters make it easy to reposition for cleaning or layout changes.
