The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7230-DW Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table streamlines your make line with a three-section, 72" wide design. Thirty 1/6-size pan positions beneath a roll-top lid keep ingredients organized and within easy reach. Rear-mount, self-contained refrigeration supports reliable performance during peak periods.
Six drawers help teams stage proteins, cheeses, and backups for uninterrupted service. The 8" deep removable cutting board creates a clean, continuous prep surface for building sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Electronic controls with an LED display enable quick adjustments and clear visibility.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior clean quickly and resist wear. Six casters allow easy repositioning for cleaning or layout changes. Simple 115v plug-in power (NEMA 5-15P) speeds installation and startup.
