At 27 inches wide with 6.5 cu. ft. capacity, it fits neatly beneath counters while providing an integrated surface for quick assembly tasks. A self-contained, rear-mount refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient operation. The field-reversible hinged solid door and (2) epoxy coated shelves per section help organize frequently used ingredients for faster access. An electronic control with LED display offers straightforward monitoring. Built with a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and a 4-inch backsplash, this unit presents a clean, professional workstation. Four casters facilitate placement as layouts evolve. ENERGY STAR® certified and listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it’s ready for commercial kitchens. Electrical requirements: 115v/60/1-ph, 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
