The Traulsen G10000 reach-in refrigerator delivers dependable cold storage in a compact, durable footprint with 24.2 cu. ft. of capacity. A hinged, two-half solid door configuration streamlines access while helping limit cold air loss, and a stainless steel front with half-height doors pairs with anodized aluminum sides and interior for long-lasting, easy-to-clean performance in high-traffic kitchens. Its self-contained, top-mount refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and maintains a consistent 34° to 38°F, supported by microprocessor control with an LED temperature display for precise management.
Three factory-installed, epoxy-coated shelves maximize organization, while the evaporator coil located outside the food zone preserves usable space. A front-facing condenser coil simplifies routine maintenance, and 6" high casters add mobility for flexible placement and cleaning access. NSF and cETLus certifications underscore its readiness for commercial foodservice operations.
