The Traulsen G10010 reach-in refrigerator delivers reliable, efficient cold storage for busy commercial kitchens. This one-section unit offers 23.4 cu. ft. of capacity in a compact footprint, featuring a hinged, full-height solid door for fast access while limiting temperature loss. Its durable stainless steel front and door pair with anodized aluminum sides and interior to handle high-volume use. A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant to maintain 34° to 38°F, managed by microprocessor controls with an LED temperature display for precise regulation. LED interior lighting and three factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves enhance visibility and organization, while the evaporator coil located outside the food zone maximizes usable space. The Load-Sure Guard supports proper loading, and EZ-Clean door gaskets streamline maintenance. Four 6" locking casters simplify movement and positioning.
