A reliable microprocessor control with an LED temperature display simplifies monitoring, while the evaporator coil is located outside the food zone to maximize usable cabinet space. Built for durability and easy cleanup, the cabinet features a stainless steel front and doors with anodized aluminum sides and interior, plus half-height doors that help limit cold-air loss during access.
