The Traulsen G20010 two-section reach-in refrigerator boosts back-of-house efficiency with 46.0 cu. ft. of organized, easily accessible cold storage. Microprocessor control helps protect product quality during rushes and changeovers, so your line keeps moving. Stage pans for the sauté station or hold batch-prepped ingredients right where teams need them.
Full-height doors and bright LED lighting speed stock checks and reduce door-open time. Factory-installed epoxy shelves in each section make it simple to sort by daypart, allergens, or menu family for faster picks and cleaner workflows.
A stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides/interior withstand daily wear and wipe down quickly between services. 6" casters let you roll the unit for nightly sanitation or quick layout shifts without disrupting production.
