This one-section, 23.67 cu. ft. unit pairs a top mount self-contained refrigeration system with a microprocessor control and LED display to help maintain consistent temperatures with quick, intuitive monitoring. Two half-height glass doors and bright LED interior lights enhance visibility so staff can locate ingredients fast. Three factory-installed epoxy coated shelves provide organized, corrosion-resistant storage. Built for daily use, the cabinet features a stainless steel front with anodized aluminum sides and interior for durability and easy cleaning. Six-inch locking casters allow smooth mobility for repositioning or floor care, then lock securely during service. Using non-flammable R-450A refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system, the G11000 is engineered for commercial performance and carries cETLus and NSF listings for professional applications.
