The Traulsen G21004P pass-thru display refrigerator streamlines back-of-house to front-of-house flow. Load pans and beverages from the prep side while staff serves from the customer side, cutting steps and keeping service moving. Top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with microprocessor control and an LED display makes monitoring fast and precise.
Eight half-height glass doors speed access and help limit cold-air loss during frequent openings. Bright LED interior lighting and factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves present grab-and-go items, desserts, or mise en place clearly for chefs and guests.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel front/doors with anodized aluminum interior and sides for durability and easy cleaning. Six-inch casters enable quick moves for sanitation or line changes, while a 5/8 HP system using non-flammable R-450A refrigerant delivers reliable, consistent cooling.
