The Traulsen G26004P Dealer’s Choice is a two-section commercial pass-thru refrigerator built to streamline kitchen-to-service workflows. Transfer pans and prepped ingredients between the back and front of house with fewer steps, using solid half doors on the control side and glass half doors for quick visual checks on the other. A microprocessor control with LED display simplifies monitoring, while LED lighting enhances interior visibility.
With 49.22 cu. ft. of storage and factory-installed epoxy shelves, it neatly organizes bulk produce, proteins, or plated desserts across both sections. The top-mounted, self-contained system using R-290 refrigerant streamlines installation and keeps critical components up and out of the busy work zone.
Durable stainless steel doors and louver rail pair with anodized aluminum sides and interior to handle daily demands. Move the cabinet easily on 6" casters to speed cleaning, layout changes, or service access.
