Drive service speed and product visibility with the Traulsen G27004P Dealer’s Choice pass-thru display refrigerator. Its two-section, pass-through design lets cooks load from the prep side while staff pull from the service line, reducing steps and bottlenecks.
Top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with microprocessor control and an LED display maintains consistent temperatures and keeps the cabinet clear for storage. LED interior lighting showcases contents for quick grabs and cleaner merchandising. 6-inch casters simplify cleaning and layout changes.
On the control side, four half-height glass doors speed checks without opening; on the other, four half-height solid doors help hold cold and hide back-of-house stock. Factory-installed epoxy-coated shelves, durable stainless steel doors, and an anodized aluminum interior stand up to heavy daily use.
