With 49.75 cu. ft. across two sections, staff can stock from the prep side while servers access product from the front, minimizing back-and-forth and door openings. Full-height glass doors on the control side showcase contents to speed service and help prevent overstocking.
Top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration stays clear of floor grease and debris to maintain airflow and consistent performance. A microprocessor with LED display lets staff set and monitor conditions at a glance. Bright LED lighting presents product clearly for merchandising and quick inventory checks.
Built for daily volume, the anodized aluminum interior cleans fast and resists corrosion, while stainless doors and louver rail stand up to heavy use. Factory-installed epoxy shelves secure pans and packaged items across both sections. Six-inch casters make it easy to position for service, cleaning, or line changes.
