The Traulsen RDT232WUT-HHS Dual Temp reach-in consolidates cold and frozen storage to maximize footprint and streamline workflow. Two sections let you stage chilled ingredients in one compartment and long-term frozen items in the other to keep the line moving during rushes. Microprocessor controls help maintain consistent performance service after service.
Wide half-height doors limit cold air loss and speed targeted pulls—grab what you need without opening the full section. Six adjustable wire shelves adapt to a variety of trays and containers, while interior LED lighting delivers instant visibility for faster picks and cleaner presentation.
