This reach-in thawing cabinet delivers controlled, even thawing in a 46.0 cu. ft., two-section format so proteins and mise en place are ready when service starts. The self-contained system installs easily and supports consistent performance across shifts.
Narrow half-height doors speed access on busy lines and help organize workflow by station or daypart. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to heavy use and wipe down fast, while 6" adjustable stainless steel legs simplify undercabinet cleaning to maintain a polished kitchen.
Microprocessor control and an exterior digital thermometer let staff monitor conditions at a glance and fine-tune operation as needs change. A variable speed compressor using R-290 refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system responds to load demands to keep product quality consistent from delivery to plating.
