This two-section, 40.8 cu. ft. unit helps chefs and operators stage high-volume prep while maintaining consistent holding temperatures via microprocessor controls and self-contained refrigeration.
A full stainless steel interior and exterior tolerate heavy daily use and clean fast between turns. The shallow depth conserves aisle space, and wide full-height doors accelerate access during peak service. Three adjustable wire shelves per section let you reconfigure storage for containers, cartons, and bulk items.
Set on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, the cabinet levels quickly for proper installation and easy floor maintenance. Use it on the cookline, in prep, or back-of-house to streamline workflow, protect product quality, and present a well-organized cold station.
