Microprocessor controls help maintain consistent temperatures, while the StayClear™ condenser and variable speed compressor work to optimize cooling performance and reduce routine cleanings. R-290 refrigerant supports energy-conscious operations without sacrificing pull-down power.
Stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily rigors and wipes clean fast. Wide half-height doors minimize temperature loss during frequent access, and adjustable wire shelves let you configure storage for hotel pans, sheet trays, or bulk containers. Self-contained refrigeration and 6" adjustable legs simplify installation and sanitation.
