Its two-section, 46.0 cu. ft. cabinet and -10°F programmable setpoint protect ice cream, seafood, and proteins through service. A variable-speed compressor and microprocessor controls deliver steady performance during rush periods.
The stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly to maintain sanitation. Narrow full-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean gaskets provide a positive seal and easy cleaning, while the StayClear™ condenser helps maintain airflow.
The self-contained design simplifies placement and service. Three adjustable wire shelves per section organize sheet pans, hotel pans, and bulk boxes to streamline prep and restocking. ENERGY STAR® certification supports lower energy consumption without sacrificing cold holding.
