The Traulsen RMC49D4 Spec-Line forced-air double access milk cooler streamlines beverage service in busy cafeterias and institutions. Sliding doors on both sides speed lines and support first-in, first-out rotation. Generous crate capacity keeps milk at the point of service without constant restocking.
Operators save time with all-stainless construction and a reinforced floor built for daily loading. Three heavy-duty stainless dunnage racks organize crates off the floor for better airflow. E-Z clean gaskets and a built-in floor drain make cleanup faster between meal periods.
A top-mount, forced-air system with R-290 refrigerant maintains consistent temperatures during rushes. Digital controls enable quick checks and adjustments to match demand. Casters and sliding caster rails let staff reposition the unit for service, cleaning, or layout changes with minimal effort.
