Streamline your make-line with the Traulsen TB046SL2S BLU Glycol Prep Table. The raised glycol pan chiller keeps ingredients consistently cold at the point of assembly, so your team can top pies quickly without walking to a reach-in. With a 46-inch footprint, it delivers high-capacity prep in a space-conscious design.
Load up to twelve 1/6-size pans, slice and portion on the 14-inch white poly cutting board, then secure product after service with the lift-off night cover. A left-hinged door and two wire shelves keep backup items organized and within reach.
Built for daily demands, this Traulsen features stainless steel front, ends, and interior with a galvanized back and bottom. Self-contained refrigeration on the right side simplifies installation and maintenance, while 6-inch casters make cleaning and rearranging easy.
