A raised 2-1/2" stainless steel glycol pan chiller delivers even, reliable cooling across the rail, helping crews maintain pace and product quality during peak hours. The 60" footprint fits seamlessly into busy kitchens and production lines.
Organize up to sixteen 1/6-size pans within easy reach while the 14" white poly cutting board provides a generous workspace for stretching, topping, and finishing. Two hinged doors (L/R) with wire shelves per section keep backup ingredients and dough close at hand to reduce downtime and steps.
At close, protect ingredients with the lift-off night cover and roll the unit for cleaning on sturdy 6" casters. Self-contained refrigeration on the right side simplifies placement and service access, while a stainless steel interior, galvanized back and bottom, and a non-electric drain pan support clean, low-maintenance operation.
