Work cleanly on the full-length 8-inch cutting board, then secure ingredients after service with the lift-off night cover. Two left/right-hinged doors open to organized storage, supported by wire shelves and anodized divider bars that hold containers steady. Self-contained refrigeration on the right side simplifies placement and maintenance.
Built to withstand daily rushes, this unit features a stainless front, ends, and interior with a galvanized back and bottom. Smooth-rolling 6-inch casters enable fast line reconfiguration and thorough cleaning. A non-electric drain pan helps streamline cleanup and minimize downtime.
