Its raised glycol pan chiller helps keep toppings uniformly cold and close at hand, so crews can build pies faster during peak service. The 65-inch length provides generous prep real estate without crowding your kitchen footprint.
Stage up to eighteen 1/6-size pans on the 2-inch stainless steel raised pan chiller, then portion and finish on the 14-inch white poly cutting board. At close, drop the lift-off night cover to protect ingredients and streamline morning setup. Two doors (hinged left/right) give quick access to backup product and dough.
Built for demanding kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel front, ends, and interior with a galvanized back and bottom. Self-contained refrigeration on the right side simplifies installation, while the non-electric drain pan reduces upkeep. Six-inch casters make cleaning and reconfiguration effortless.
