Maximize organization with capacity for forty 1/6-size, 6-inch-deep pans, all within easy reach. Dual 10-inch cutting boards create generous work zones on both sides, and lift-off night covers make close-down efficient while safeguarding product quality.
Built for daily rushes, this prep table features stainless steel front, ends, and interior with a galvanized bottom and anodized T6 aluminum divider bars. Self-contained refrigeration on the left side simplifies placement, a non-electric drain pan reduces maintenance, and casters enable quick cleaning access or line reconfiguration.
