A 2" stainless steel raised pan chiller holds up to thirty 1/6-size pans at the ideal temperature, keeping ingredients cold, visible, and within reach. Operators can turn more tickets per hour with fewer trips to the walk-in.
Streamline mise en place and service with an 8" cutting board for full-width prep and a lift-off night cover that simplifies close. Two doors with wire shelving per section provide backup storage for dough boxes or bulk toppings, while anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars keep pan rows organized. Self-contained refrigeration on the right side eases installation and service access, and a non-electric drain pan cuts routine maintenance.
