The Traulsen TB091SL3S BLU 3-Row Glycol Prep Table streamlines high-volume pizza make lines. At 91 inches long with a three-door L/R/R layout, it keeps ingredients organized and within arm’s reach for faster ticket times.
The stainless steel raised pan chiller accepts up to thirty-nine 1/6-size pans across three rows, so teams can stage sauces, cheeses, and toppings without overcrowding. An 8-inch cutting board spans the length for efficient build-to-bake assembly, while the lift-off night cover protects the rail to speed morning setup. Right-side, self-contained refrigeration and a non-electric drain pan simplify placement and daily cleanup.
Durable stainless front, ends, and interior handle rushes and repeated sanitizing, with a galvanized back and bottom for added strength. Casters, wire shelving in each section, and T6 aluminum divider bars support fast restocking and a smooth workflow.
