Its expansive 113" length and 14" white poly cutting board create a generous, organized workspace so teams can assemble pies, flatbreads, or salads quickly and consistently. A glycol stainless steel raised pan chiller keeps ingredients in the rail reliably cold throughout peak service.
Four hinged doors (L/L/R/R) open to segmented base storage with two wire shelves per section, helping you stage back-up product and rotate pans without disrupting flow. The lift-off night cover closes the rail fast after service to protect ingredients and speed cleanup.
Built for daily demands, this unit features a stainless steel front, ends, and interior with a galvanized back and bottom for durability.
