Product Description
The Traulsen TBC5-54 undercounter blast chiller features touch screen control and self-contained refrigeration. Its 9.2 cu. ft. cabinet chills up to 100 lb from 160°F to 40°F in 180 minutes and offers four chill settings. The interior accommodates either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Operation is supported by three removable food probes, a USB port, and auto defrost. Construction includes a stainless steel interior and a stainless steel exterior—sides, front, back, and bullnose top—with 6" casters. The unit uses non-flammable R-448A refrigerant and 3/4 HP, and it is cETLus and NSF listed.
