The rail holds six 1/3-size pans under an insulated lid to maintain quality between orders, while a 15-inch work surface provides ample space for stretching dough and finishing items. Microprocessor controls with LED display keep ingredients in the 34–38°F sweet spot for consistency and food safety.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamlines service access and preserves workflow along the line. With a hinged door and two wire shelves inside, you can stage backups, rotate product efficiently, and keep production moving.
