Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and microprocessor controls with LED display keep product at a steady 34–38°F. A thermal expansion valve and 1/2 HP system deliver fast recovery as lids open and orders fly, and self-closing hinged doors help lock in cold air between pulls.
Built for daily demand, it features a stainless steel interior and stainless top, front, and sides for durability and easy cleaning. Four wire shelves organize back-up inventory, while 6-inch casters simplify cleaning and service access. Ideal for high-volume pizzerias, cafeterias, and commissaries.
