Speed your pizza line with the Traulsen TS072HT. Its microprocessor control keeps ingredients in the ideal 34–38°F range, while insulated rail lids lock in cold between rushes. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 delivers consistent performance and easy service access.
The generous 15" work surface streamlines dough stretching, topping, and loading. Two refrigerated sections with four wire shelves provide organized backup storage, and two hinged doors offer fast access. 6" casters make it simple to roll for cleaning or reconfigure the line.
Built for daily demand, this prep table features a stainless steel interior and stainless top, front, and sides. A thermal expansion valve helps maintain responsive cooling as pans are opened and refilled. Prep slices, artisan pies, or flatbreads with confidence and speed.
