Keep your make line moving during peak service. The Traulsen TS090HT delivers precise 34–38°F holding in a 12-pan refrigerated rail with an insulated lid, so toppings stay fresh and within easy reach. A 15" work surface streamlines assembly to speed ticket times and reduce bottlenecks.
Microprocessor controls with LED display ensure reliable temperature management, while side-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration with a 1/2 HP compressor and a thermal expansion valve responds quickly to frequent openings. Three self-closing hinged doors and 6" casters simplify line changes and end-of-day cleaning.
Organize backups and dough in 24.4 cu. ft. of cold storage on six wire shelves. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel top, front, and sides stand up to heavy use and sanitize quickly, and the LH/LH/RH door swing supports efficient line layouts.
