Built for demanding service, it features a stainless steel exterior (top, sides, and door) and an anodized aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. Its self-contained refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant maintains a steady 34°F to 38°F to protect ingredients and support food safety.
Workflow stays efficient during busy periods thanks to a hinged solid door that self-closes and holds open at 105° for uninterrupted loading. An electronic digital control with a 3-digit LED display simplifies accurate temperature management, while two adjustable powder-coated wire shelves let you tailor storage to changing menus. An automatic, non-electric condensate evaporator helps reduce maintenance tasks. With an 8 ft cord, NEMA 5-15P plug, and a set of four 4" casters, this undercounter-ready refrigerator is easy to place, move, and service in any foodservice operation.
