A rugged stainless steel exterior and stainless back handle high-volume use, while the anodized aluminum interior and Santoprene EZ-Clean gasket streamline wipe-downs between rushes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps aisles clear and simplifies installation.
Two sections across a 48" width help stage proteins, produce, and mise by station to speed ticket times. Four 4" casters enable quick layout changes and effortless pull-out cleaning, then lock to hold position during peak service.
