Its two-section, 60-inch footprint tucks under standard counters while keeping ingredients within quick reach. A stainless steel exterior and stainless back handle daily bumps, while an anodized aluminum interior and galvanized bottom add long-term durability. Santoprene EZ-Clean door gaskets help streamline sanitation. The rear-mounted, self-contained system provides consistent holding performance for prep, service, or beverage stations.
Six 4-inch casters make it easy to roll for cleaning or reconfigure your layout between shifts. Left/right hinged doors support fast picking from either side of the line. Use it for mise en place, backup pans, or bar garnishes to keep workflows smooth and guests moving.
