Four refrigerated drawers streamline workflow across stations. Each drawer holds up to eight 1/6-size pans, so you can stage mise en place for salads, sauté, pizza, or garde manger and swap pans quickly during service.
Built for demanding kitchens, this two-section unit features a stainless steel exterior and back, an anodized aluminum interior, and a galvanized exterior bottom. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and six 4-inch casters simplify placement, cleaning, and service access, while the 1/5 hp system supports consistent daily performance.
