The Traulsen UHT72-LR undercounter refrigerator streamlines cold storage at the workstation. Its 72-inch, two-section footprint fits beneath counters to keep high-use ingredients within arm’s reach. Stainless steel doors, top, and sides deliver a professional look and stand up to daily wear.
Operators can position the unit where service demands thanks to six 4-inch casters. Left/right hinged solid doors speed retrieval during rushes, and Santoprene EZ-Clean gaskets help maintain a tight seal and wipe down quickly between shifts. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system simplifies placement and service access.
Built with an anodized aluminum interior and a galvanized back and bottom, this refrigerator is engineered for long-term reliability in demanding kitchens. A 1/5 hp refrigeration system supports dependable holding, and cULus and NSF listings meet common code and food safety requirements.
